The Victoria Cool Aid Society is a registered non-profit charity determined, with their partners, to end homelessness in the Capital Region of Victoria, British Columbia. For decades Cool Aid has worked to provide support services and housing for homeless and vulnerable members of the community. Currently they have a plan to develop over 360 apartments for people in need of a home, providing long term community benefit and reducing the financial burden on government.

Sparkrock Deliver Vastly Improved Financial Management, Reporting and Processes at Kenora District Services Board

As Kenora District Services Board expanded they needed a more advanced financial management solution and several other product enhancing features to support their operations. They had three main pain points. First was reporting; with their existing financial software, reports were time consuming to create and the capability to easily update reports was not there. The second was navigation; within their system it was hard to find what you were looking for. It often took several clicks or drill downs to find relevant information and the search capability of the system was not thorough. Lastly, end users did not have access to any information. The Finance team were constantly asked for data and figures, which had to be manually pulled and distributed. This data, as it was a snapshot, became stale very quickly.

Waterloo Catholic District School Board Cements Its Decade-long Commitment to Sparkrock and Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Waterloo Catholic DSB has not looked back since their original purchase of NAV 4.0 from Sparkrock back in 2004. 10 years later, Waterloo Catholic DSB still believes Microsoft Dynamics NAV provided by Sparkrock is still the right choice for a sound financial and accounting management system for their Board and the 51 schools they service. Microsoft and Sparkrock have continued to make investments in solutions for non-profits and public sector organizations resulting in significant improvements to this mid-market ERP platform. The user interface is more in-line with other Microsoft products, thus making it more intuitive for users. Collège Boréal To Implement Dynamics CRM 2013 in Less Than Two Months Using Sparkrock ‘Fast Start’

In September of 1995 the first (and only) French language Collège in Northern Ontario, Collège Boréal, officially opened. Since then the Collège has grown and expanded – more students, more faculty, more events, etc. Up until now they have been manually managing the organization’s members, donors and event information in Microsoft Excel, which was becoming very challenging and extremely time consuming to manage. And with the new Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), it was the final push they needed to start investigating a customer relationship management system.

Alberta School District, The Latest Educational Organization To Select Sparkrock EDU Suite
