In September of 1995 the first (and only) French language Collège in Northern Ontario, Collège Boréal, officially opened. Since then the Collège has grown and expanded – more students, more faculty, more events, etc. Up until now they have been manually managing the organization’s members, donors and event information in Microsoft Excel, which was becoming very challenging and extremely time consuming to manage. And with the new Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), it was the final push they needed to start investigating a customer relationship management system.
