"Why" I work at Sparkrock:

Abu couples his passions for ERP and educating to deliver effective training and ERP solutions that will help nonprofits in their day-to-day activities. He finds it very rewarding to work with clients directly and helping them overcome any challenges they might face.

"What" do I do at Sparkrock:

 Here at Sparkrock, Abu is a Knowledge Services and Support Analyst in our Customer Success Department. Abu works hard to resolve customer support cases, create customer training videos and learning guides, and Smart Start project implementations. Abu provides customers with the information and support they need inb order to successfully implement and utilize their solutions. 

"How" do I do it:

Abu brings his vast experience and knowledge in ERP systems to the table along with his MBA in Finance and an International CA. He's utilized similar ERP solutions in his past positions, which gives him an advantage of understanding what the client needs when managing our solutions. This helps him better meet our customer's needs and helps him be more effective in his position. 

Abu has a passion for traveling and has been to almost every continent, touring all throughout Europe, South America, North America, and Asia. Next on Abu's destination list is Africa where he hopes to explore and learn more about their country and culture.
