"Why" I work at Sparkrock:

Angela hopes to facilitate change that enable our clients’ progression. She loves collaborating with clients and finds it to be very rewarding because she gets to help clients realize the full benefits that technology has to offer.

"What" do I do at Sparkrock:

Angela is part of our Client Engagement team and is the Manager of Knowledge Services and Support. Her role is to manage the support of clients in their day-to-day use of our products and works to ensure value and excellence for clients, while enabling them to take full advantage of Sparkrock’s technology and services. Angela is well regarded for her interpersonal and communication skills, as well as her ability to exercise sound judgement, tact, and diplomacy in any situation. A problem solver through and through, she is results-oriented and committed to the highest level of performance, while bringing a strong client focus and attention to detail to her work.

"How" do I do it:

Angela is a graduate of the University of Toronto where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business German and is also a designated Project Management Professional (PMP). She combines these skills with her love of pre-empting and facilitating resolutions to excel at the work she does for Sparkrock.

Not one to only challenge herself at work, Angela enjoys spending her free time working on puzzles and is an avid reader. A self-described “dog and cat person” she loves to volunteer her time helping animals, and has participated annually at the National Service Dogs’ fundraising event. If you can’t find Angela at Sparkrock or with her nose in a good book, she is likely hiking trails with her dog or spending quality time with friends and family.
