Ken is dedicated to ensuring customer needs are met and strives to make a difference in the lives of our customer's and the communities they serve using his skills and experience in HRP. Once being a client and using HRP solutions, Ken relates to customer struggles and experiences on a deeper level which motivates him more than anything else.
"What" do I do at Sparkrock:
Here at Sparkrock, Ken is our Sr. HRP Solution Architect and is involved at almost every level of solution design and customer implementation. Ken ensures all aspects of the HRP implementation go smoothly and the client has a product with all the functionalities they need to achieve their goals. From analyzing and incorporating client requirements into our solutions to providing training and go-live support, he is there to support our customers every step of the way; as Ken likes to say, "The door's always open and the light's always on".
"How" do I do it:
With 20 years of experience working with NAV, meeting customer needs are of paramount importance to Ken. Previously a user of HRP solutions, Ken's developed a "customer's heart" and strongly believes in putting the customer first.
Outside the office, his grandchildren are his number one priority. Ken's grandchildren bring him so much happiness and he likes to spend as much time with them as possible. Once an avid hand hockey player, Ken has retired from the sport but still enjoys going to games.
