"What" do I do at Sparkrock:

Teodora, strives to understand the ‘big picture’ in product management as we aim to deliver high potential ERP for nonprofits.   With over ten years of ERP consulting experience, no challenge is too big for Teodora and her customer-centric focus shows in Sparkrock’s roadmap strategies.  Having once worked as a Finance Manager herself gives Teodora relatable experience that makes her a thoughtful, plan ahead Team Lead at Sparkrock, giving us an advantage in product innovation.

Another very important responsibility of Teodora is support. A natural ‘listener’, Teodora works closely with her support team providing leadership and direction so that they never lose sight of the customer needs and striving for quality support in every interaction.

"How" do I do it:

Teodora is a Certified Management Accountant, with a passion for business processes and reporting, so it’s no surprise that Teodora gets super excited about ERP management technology. Throw in the mix the fact that her customers are in the nonprofit and public sector and you have one very happy camper. You’ll recall in James’s bio we spoke of the talented product development team he gets to work with every day. Well, Teodora is one of them and she enjoys that very much.

When Teodora is not immersed in the Sparkrock ERP world she’s spending time with her daughter, reading plenty of books, traveling and hiking.  Teodora’s volunteer experience includes Treasurer at the Canadian Tai Chi Academy.
